Google Advanced
  1. Google it (Start noticing the url ac.uk or ac.jp...)
  2. Go to The cog (image below)
  3. Go to advanced search
  4. Towards the bottom select file type (ex: .ppt finds power points)
  5. Click "Quick View" for a quick appraisal  (image below)



NOTE: Use .mp4, .wmv as part of initial search for other file types
